Thumbtack had an identity problem. Despite having been around for 10+ years, unaided awareness hovered around 5%. To become the branded destination Thumbtack aspired to be, we had to start telling a consistent brand story rooted in who we were, what we believed in, and what our customers cared about.
I helped bring this new customer platform to life in a campaign spanning web, email, paid social, and OTT. Collaborating closely with design, marketing, and leadership, I wrote a series of :30 spots and vignettes that we sliced and diced into endlessly reusable assets with serious staying power. The campaign ran for 5 years.
